These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growth Reaper website (the "Site") and our digital products and services, including the TRIPLE KILL Package (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Services.

Growth Reaper is a sole proprietorship based in Malaysia that provides digital marketing products and services, including:

  • TRIPLE KILL Package: The Book of Death (eBook), The Hitlist (hyper-personalized targeting report), and The 4 Horsemen (AI bot suite).

  • Free reports showcasing basic demographics are available, while full access requires a one-time subscription.

These Services are offered globally.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are available to users globally without age restrictions. By using the Services, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Setup

To access certain features, including purchasing the TRIPLE KILL Package, you must create an account. As part of the account setup process, you will be required to provide:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Payment details

  • Business details (for generating The Hitlist)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to the full TRIPLE KILL Package requires a one-time subscription payment.

  • We accept payments through credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Since our products are digital, no refunds or returns are offered once the purchase is completed.

  • It is recommended to purchase an updated Hitlist every 12 months to maintain accuracy and relevance.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services. Specifically, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful business or marketing purposes.

  • Not share or distribute your account access to unauthorized parties.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights associated with our Services.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

All content, including but not limited to the Growth Reaper name, logo, the TRIPLE KILL Package, The Hitlist, and The 4 Horsemen, are the intellectual property of Growth Reaper. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

We collect and store user data, including personal information (e.g., name, email, and payment details) and business data for generating reports. By using the Services, you agree to our data collection practices.

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal) to facilitate the provision of our Services. Growth Reaper complies with relevant data protection laws applicable to our operations.

  • Violate these Terms.
